Job Description

This position is located on-site in San Diego, California
Role and responsibilities:As a Training and Development Intern, you will support the system administration and continuous improvement initiatives of the San Diego EUV Operations Training & Development team. You will support the Training & Development team through data entry, validation, and visualization. You will assist with facilitating the circulation of staff communications and overseeing the day to day coordination and delivery of training initiatives.
- Learning Management System (LMS) data entry, verification, reporting, and administration.
- Data validation and visualization.
- Develop and deliver Ops-wide communications.
- Maintain document management systems.
- Build and maintain a network of stakeholders; effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Notify the Training Manager of any discrepancies in the day-to-day execution of projects.
- Organize and attend relevant meetings events.
- Interface with stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning & Logistics, Operational Excellence, and others in the Learning & Knowledge Management community) to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success and effectiveness of the Training and Development team.

- Requires a student in process of obtaining a Bachelor or higher degree in engineering, business management.
- Proficiency with a variety of computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, LMS, SharePoint, and scheduling applications) required
- Excel proficiency with data entry, formulas/functions, data visualization, pivot tablespreferred
- Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner and escalate as necessary to meet business needs
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs
- Ability to manage complex situations with diverse requirements with good judgment
- Ability learn and apply new information or skills; Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive risk mitigation and problem-solving
- Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
